Globle

Globle is a daily geography guessing game where the player has to identify one Mystery Country on an interactive 3D globe. There is no story, character progression, campaign, or traditional level system. Every day, the game selects a new country, and the objective is to find it using as few guesses as possible. The player can begin with any valid country name, so the first move is completely open and can be used to establish which part of the world is worth exploring.

Using the Heat Colors

After every incorrect guess, the selected country appears on the globe in a color showing how close it is to the Mystery Country. Colder colors mean the answer is farther away, while hotter colors indicate that the guess is geographically closer. This allows the player to narrow the search gradually instead of receiving direct directional arrows or letter-based hints. The distance is calculated from the minimum distance between the land borders of the guessed country and the answer.

Main Rules

The core gameplay is based on repeated country guesses and visual feedback. During a puzzle, the player can:

·         enter the name of any valid country;

·         inspect its color on the globe;

·         compare the result with previous guesses;

·         rotate and zoom the globe;

·         move toward countries with increasingly warmer colors;

·         continue guessing until the Mystery Country is found;

·         use Practice mode for additional puzzles outside the daily game.

Globle does not use overseas territories and water borders when calculating distance. Some alternative country names and abbreviations are accepted, including older names such as Burma for Myanmar and acronyms such as UAE for United Arab Emirates. Territories connected to a sovereign country may appear in a neutral color, but their position does not affect the heat calculation for the parent country.

Daily and Practice Games

The main Mystery Country changes at midnight in the player’s local time, and all guesses reset when the new puzzle appears. Practice mode uses the same rules but lets the player start additional games without waiting for the next daily challenge. It also includes a Reveal Answer option for situations where the player wants to stop guessing.

To play Globle effectively, the player can start with countries in different regions and compare their colors. Once one guess becomes noticeably hotter, nearby countries can be tested to reduce the search area. There are no enemies, inventories, upgrades, or separate stages. A puzzle ends only when the correct Mystery Country is entered, and the main measure of performance is how many guesses were needed to find it.
